Food Trucks Are Safe!

Many people, who really concern about hygiene, may have a negative image for a food truck. However, you do not need to worry about it!

CNN health department has an interesting article that will change your image for food trucks. The main topic of this article is "Are food trucks safe?"

According to this article, all foods truck on the road are licensed by the law. In order to make sure the condition of the food truck is qualified to sell foods, the local health department tracks them for inspection. The food trucks are required to post their latest inspection grade on the window. Therefore, you can check the grade by yourself.

If you still worry about the safety of food trucks, there are some red flags which you can check before you decide to purchase.

1)Dirty hands
    Make sure employees wear gloves
2)Dangling hair
Make sure employees pull back their hair
3)Messy sink
Make sure employees keep their working area clean

Our food truck is licensed by the local government, and we always keep our food truck clean!
